Junior Data Analyst / Data Operations Associate

Company Description

Office Timings:
Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (1 Saturday a month will be a working Saturday)

Location:
Sewri, Mumbai

Experience:
0–2 years (Fresher's welcome, certification holders preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data mining and scraping from various sources.
  • Extract and gather raw datasets for business use.
  • Carry out data cleansing and standardization to ensure accuracy.
  • Transform raw data into structured formats for reporting and analysis.
  • Store and manage data in Excel and SQL databases.
  • Assist in preparing datasets for dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to support ongoing data projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, MS Office)
  • Familiarity with SQL (basic queries, inserts, updates, joins).
  • Interest in data mining, scraping, and extraction techniques.
  • Understanding of data cleaning and transformation concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and data workflows.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Exposure to Python (pandas, Beautiful Soup, requests).
  • Experience with Power BI / Tableau for reporting.
  • Knowledge of APIs for data extraction.
