We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst who is passionate about turning raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Strong Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and automate workflows, KPIs, and visualizations for operational and financial data (banking, taxation, property records, education, health, medical, etc.).
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and apply statistical techniques to derive trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Use Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, etc.) for advanced analytics, automation, and predictive modeling.
  • Work with Advance Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Index-Match, Lookups) for quick data analysis and reporting.
  • Timely Presenting the outputs with Power Point
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets through validation and quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years preferred) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, Data Associate, Data Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivoting, lookups, Power Query).
  • Strong in delivering good presentation using Power Point
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Data Lake, Data Ware House Concepts, API understanding.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in Data analytics (loans, deposits, transactions, customer insights).
  • Exposure to Property Tax or Municipal Data Analytics.
  • Familiarity with financial models, statistical methods, and predictive analytics.
