As a Senior Sales Support Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by supporting the sales team through pre-sales coordination and project management of high-capacity opportunities. Your leadership ensures seamless pre-sales execution, strong stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client experience across AT&T Business Solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead cross-functional coordination of designs, pricing, and resource allocation to ensure timely and accurate pre-sales execution.
- Serve as the primary customer advocate during pre-sales engagements, maintaining transparent communication and managing expectations.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep pre-sales requests on track from contract signing to service turn-up.
- Monitor key milestones and timelines, escalating issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
- Analyze data from high-capacity requests to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.

- Leadership skills to facilitate management-level discussions and cascade critical messaging clearly.

What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in project management or pre-sales support, preferably in telecom or IT sectors.
- Deep knowledge of sales, service delivery processes, and related tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Experience with data-driven process improvement initiatives in high-capacity request management.
- Ability to work US shift hours (starting at 18:00 IST).
