Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for a Sales Account Executive. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation, managing accounts, building and maintaining relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients, tracking sales activities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation and Customer Service skills
  • Account Management and Relationship Building skills
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
