Office Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to handle daily administrative and accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate records using Tally software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Create Proforma Invoices and Commercial Invoices.
- Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding orders and invoices.
- Ensure accuracy of documentation and proper filing (physical and digital).
- Track payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Assist with general office administration and clerical tasks.
- Support accounts and management as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in purchase order processing and invoicing ( Asset)
- Working knowledge of Tally accounting software
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in an administrative or accounts-related role (preferred)
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
