We have an opening for Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager for our reputed client in Construction Industry.

Job location : Rajkot / Jamnagar / Bangalore.

Industry : Construction ( Building Material ).

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.


• Promote and sell aluminium formwork systems, construction machinery, and related equipment to builders, contractors, and developers.


• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including procurement heads, project managers, and senior executives.


• Conduct regular market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.


• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and

quotations.


• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with the internal team.


• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.


• Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.


• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
  • Graduate Engineer (Civil / Mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical background

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years in sales and marketing in aluminium formwork, construction equipment, or machinery industry
  • Proven track record of handling B2B industrial sales in the construction sector

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of construction industry dynamics and project sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as needed.
