Business & Operations Lead

to take charge of sales, daily operations across all brands, and bookings while keeping our customer experience top-notch.

This is not just a "sit at a desk" job — you'll be out in the action, connecting with clients, spotting growth opportunities, building strategies, and ensuring our team delivers on time, every time.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations across all Mango Tree World brands – Playzen Sports Park, Artezen Creative Retreat, and Plated Zen Eatery.
  • Drive sales by increasing bookings, repeat customers, and corporate events.
  • Build and execute growth strategies for weekdays, weekends, and special events.
  • Interact with customers, partners, and corporate clients to ensure exceptional service.
  • Create business development proposals and presentations for potential partners or clients.
  • Supervise team performance, assigning tasks with clear timelines and outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards for the facility, grounds, and guest experience.
  • Track performance, review financials, and adjust strategies as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or business development (hospitality, events, sports, or recreation preferred).
  • Proven ability to grow business and meet targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a multi-role team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable creating and presenting proposals or pitches.
  • Confident working with financial data and reports.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and other digital platforms.

Schedule

: This is an on-site role requiring work every day with one weekly off. The schedule includes evenings and weekends.
