Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Manager to lead our transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, quality, and performance across key business functions.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement frameworks for process improvement, performance management, and strategic transformation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify gaps, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
  • Implement quality and governance frameworks to ensure consistent performance
  • Drive change management initiatives and adoption of new tools and processes
  • Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership for decision-making

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in business excellence, strategy, or operations
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives across functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
