About the Role

As a seasoned professional in cloud operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

We are seeking an experienced engineer who can oversee 24/7 cloud operations, incident management, and client support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling managed services businesses.

The successful candidate will lead embedded squads that manage, monitor, and scale client cloud environments with speed and certainty. They will also ensure governance, compliance, and ethics are built into every managed service deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead 24/7 cloud operations, incident management, and client support teams
  • Build and scale managed services businesses
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and ethics are integrated into managed service deployments
  • Futurize client cloud environments through AI-driven automation and predictive analytics
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure
  • Significant experience in cloud managed services or production operations leadership roles
  • Leadership background with hands-on credibility and practical insight to lead technical operations teams
  • Proven track record of building and scaling net-new managed services businesses
