Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for company growth.
  • Handle client interactions through office meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Develop new clients, distributors, PCD partners, 3rd-party, and contract manufacturing associates across India.
  • Generate and convert PCD and 3rd-party manufacturing leads.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strategic and consultative sales approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm / B.Sc preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in pharma sales, PCD, or B2B lead generation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in presenting and convincing franchise partners.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
