About the Company:

We are a leading Outdoor Media and Advertising company based in Jalandhar, with a strong presence across Punjab and the North region. We handle premium outdoor sites, government empaneled projects, and integrated media solutions including static, digital, and transit media. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales & Marketing Manager for our Chandigarh operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and expand business in the Chandigarh and Surrounding market with a focus on outdoor advertising.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and untapped sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, government departments, and media buyers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, closures, and post-sale coordination.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals, site briefs, commercial offers, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for site availability, creative approvals, installation, monitoring, and billing.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as assigned by management.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and new developments in the OOH (Out-of-Home) media sector.
  • Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and regular updates for the management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Outdoor Media, Advertising, Media Sales, or related sectors.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Chandigarh market will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital communication tools, and basic documentation.
  • Willingness to travel within the Tricity and nearby regions as part of client meetings and site visits.
