I. ABOUT 4P's CORPORATION
4P's, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, operates 40 worldwide restaurants. Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P's, has 35 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. Our core products are food and beverages, specifically pizza, with key differentiators of "House-made cheeses", "Earth-to-people" and "Omotenashi" hospitality.
Pizza 4P's is an innovative Vietnam-based Japanese Italian pizza restaurant that started in Vietnam with a simple yet powerful mission: "Delivering Wow, Sharing Happiness". We are known for crafting artisanal pizzas, homemade cheese, and unique East-meets-West flavors while embracing sustainability and community impact at the heart of everything we do. Today, we operate restaurants across Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, India, and Indonesia and continue to grow with a vision of bringing people together through memorable dining experiences.
II. ROLE PURPOSE
This role exists to lead the full HR agenda for Pizza 4P's India, ensuring compliance, culture, and capability are aligned with the company's values and growth goals. It serves the business by delivering best-in-class HR operations, building strong talent pipelines, and fostering a workplace culture centered on care, sustainability, and shared happiness. Through this, the HR Manager enables business expansion, workforce quality, and employee engagement across India.
III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee payroll, benefits, contracts, and labor law compliance.
Ensure HR policies are locally relevant while aligned with 4P's global standards.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Partner with hiring managers to recruit and retain top talent.
Forecast workforce needs to support expansion plans.
Culture & Engagement
Champion Pizza 4P's values in the India team.
Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen engagement, well-being, and retention.
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted advisor on employee concerns and workplace issues.
Build constructive relationships with employees at all levels.
Learning & Development
Facilitate leadership and career development pathways.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
Provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Compliance: 100% adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
Engagement: Improved employee engagement and retention scores.
Talent: Time-to-fill and quality-of-hire benchmarks achieved.

VII. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Preferred: Master's degree or HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD).
Language Proficiency
Required: English – Advanced (spoken & written).
Hindi or other local languages – Fluent (spoken & written)
