This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity focused on building and scaling our non-digital demand channels. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that generate qualified leads and conversions from the ground up, translating market opportunity into a measurable sales pipeline.What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)Lead Generation & Conversion: Design and execute hyperlocal , non-digital marketing and sales initiatives (e.g., society events, kiosks, local activations, direct outreach campaigns) to build brand awareness and fill the offline sales funnel.Market Intelligence & Planning: Conduct rigorous market mapping and research within your assigned territory to identify micro-market opportunities, track competitor activity, and adapt demand generation tactics accordingly.Sales Performance Management: Own the offline demand targets, working closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure lead quality, conversion velocity, and successful fulfillment.Reporting & Analytics: Maintain precise sales trackers and dashboards, analyzing data to forecast demand accurately, report on channel performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize spend and resource allocation.What You Will Bring (Required Skills & Experience)Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Demand Generation, ideally within a high-growth hyperlocal commerce environment (e.g., Food delivery, Quick commerce, new age real estate platforms, automotive, and home improvement platforms ).Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, superior networking ability, and a strong track record of managing field sales/activation teams and projects.Execution Focus: A clear orientation toward field-based work , hustle, and the tenacity required to drive execution on the ground.Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, managing complex pipelines, and using metrics (e.g., cost-per-lead, conversion rates, activation ROI) to inform strategy.Attitude: A high-ownership, entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results with minimal supervision .Educational Background: While your experience and impact will matter more, your academic pedigree will also be considered.Why Join Arkahub?Pioneer the Energy Transition: Drive real-world impact by helping millions of Indian households adopt clean energy.
