Performs duties for the above position and assist the department Head in the daily management of the operation, through hands on involvement, according to the club specifications, in order to achieve maximum standards, skill competency levels.

  • Windows Server Administrator
  • Installation and maintenance of Windows Server 2012
  • Configuration of ADS and DNS on Windows Server 2012
  • Configuration of Various Domains

SQL Server Database Administration:-

  • Installation and Maintenance of SQL server 2012 Database.
  • Expertise in Creating Tables, Views, Triggers, and Stored procedures for various modules.
  • Expertise in writing T-SQL Queries, Dynamic-queries, sub-queries and complex joins for generating comlex stored procedures, Triggers and views.
  • Broad experience in query Optimization and performance tuning of stored procedures, functions etc.
  • SQL Server Backup and Restoration of the database.

System / Network Adminstration

  • Installation and Maintenance of desktop / laptops / Network printers
  • Designing, Handling and management of IT networking infrastructure - LAN / WAN as per requirement.
  • Netgear / Dlink Managed Switches - Configuration , implementation and management.
  • Access Points- Configuration , Implementation and managementConfiguration and Maintenance of Quick Heal End Point Security.

Software Development:-

Implementation of various ERP software's Like Indus, CLUBMAN, ShawMan etc.Setting of SOP's for ensuring smooth Club day to Day Functioning ( ERP related )Coordinate between all the departments and software Vendor in resolving the issues raised in ERPIn-depth knowledge of various Club modules - membership POS & Billing , Purchase & Inventory, Accounts, F&B,Transit Quarters (Room) , Special Party & Smart Card ModuleDevelopment of Software for internal purpose to meet requirments which are unattended in existing softwareGeneration of various MIS reports for Management.Training to End Users.

Club Administration:-

To assist outside agencies such as Auditors and provide them the required information.Generation of Members monthly bill and staff payroll.In-Charge for issue of Election Booth ID cards to the MembersIn-Charge for Christmas and New Year Bookings.Involved in all major events and functions in setting up the extra systems for Online Billing.Preparation of Payment of arrears to Staff regarding Increase in VDA, Incremants, Staff Gift, Festival Advance etc.Vendor Management, IT Asset Procurement and Administration.Club website - Creation of Members Login, Updating of Members Bill, Uploading of Members Bill PDF File

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹33,000.00 per month
