Job Title: Travel Desk Executive
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore (In-office; No Remote Working)
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and visa processing.
- Coordinate with travel agencies to negotiate competitive corporate travel rates.
- Maintain accurate travel records, approvals, and reimbursement documentation in line with company policies.
- Communicate itineraries, updates, and changes promptly to employees.
- Facilitate travel insurance and necessary documentation for business trips.
- Handle last-minute travel requests, emergencies, or cancellations efficiently.
- Track travel expenses and prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.
- Maintain a centralized travel database and ensure proper documentation for all travel-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to the company's travel policy and assist employees with related queries.
- Build and manage vendor relationships to ensure high service quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice verification and timely payments.
- Provide travel and accommodation support for visitors, new joiners, and official events.
