KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and connect with potential clients for SME IPOs, Mainboard IPOs, and private equity deals through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build tie-ups with CAs, CSs consultants, and IB firms to create a strong referral network.
  • Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs and position services as effective solutions. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to identify new opportunities.
  • Proposals & Presentations: Create and present clear, compelling proposals and deal structures.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM with all client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with execution and research teams to ensure seamless deal progression.

Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within the investment banking, financial services, or consulting sector. Experience with IPOs and private equity is a significant plus.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of capital markets, financial products, and corporate finance concepts.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be a self- starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Education: MBA Finance, CA, CFA Networking: A well-established professional network within the Indian business community, particularly with CAs, CSs, and other professional advisors.
