As an Investment Banking Analyst at Felix Advisory, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing various industries, with a core focus on Climate Tech and its associated sectors. Your responsibilities will include company assessments, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive Industry Research:

  • Rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of the industry, focusing on growth drivers, trends, industry evolution, and regulatory environment.
  • Conduct thorough benchmarking, value chain analysis, market assessments, competitive landscape evaluations, and opportunity identification.
  • Prepare detailed research reports for internal team use, client presentations, and public domain with proper attribution.

2. Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling:

  • Analyze and interpret financial statements, annual reports, and management presentations.
  • Develop financial models for forecasted period and perform valuations of debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising activities.
  • Apply various valuation methods, including comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and DCF.

3. Preparation of Investment Collaterals and Documentation:

  • Create high-quality investment materials for clients, including investment memorandums, management presentations, teasers, and pitch books within agreed timelines.
  • Assist in due diligence processes and documentation of term sheets and valuation notes for live transactions.

Professional Development and Industry Updates

  • Gain exposure to the full range of Investment Banking operations, including fund raise and M&A transaction cycles.
  • Stay updated on current events, critical issues, and significant industry developments.

Application Criteria and Skills Required:

  • Cleared CA Intermediate both groups in September 2025 and Available for CA Articleship in Mumbai for 24 months starting End of November 2025
  • Excellent academic record
  • Keen interest in financial markets and investment banking
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive, highly organized with strong attention to details

Note:
No transfer cases allowed

Stipend:

  • Year 1:
    INR 12,000 per month
  • Year 2:
    INR 16,000 per month
  • In addition to this, candidates will be eligible for discretionary performance-based incentives.
