  1. LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT: Lead, mentor, and develop the Quantity Surveying team to ensure high-quality delivery across all projects. Standardize practices, processes, and reporting formats for consistency and efficiency.

  2. COST ESTIMATION & PLANNING: Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project specifications. Provide cost advice during planning and design to ensure financial feasibility and profitability. Oversee Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost planning for multiple projects.

  3. BUDGETING & COST CONTROL: Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring costs throughout the lifecycle. Identify variances, implement corrective measures, and ensure expenses remain within allocation. Align project budgets with overall company financial objectives.

  4. TENDER & CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: Prepare and review tender documents, evaluate bids, and lead negotiations with contractors and vendors. Draft, finalize, and monitor contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Mitigate risks in contract terms to safeguard organizational interests

  5. QUANTITY TAKE-OFF & VERIFICATION: Review drawings and specifications to determine material and resource requirements. Validate site quantities and ensure accuracy in procurement and usage.

  6. VALUATION & PAYMENTS: Certify work progress, process payments to contractors and suppliers, and prepare cost reports for management. Ensure financial transparency and maintain accountability in valuations.

  7. RISK & DISPUTE MANAGEMENT: Identify potential financial risks and cost overruns at an early stage. Lead dispute resolution and claims management with contractors and stakeholders. Develop risk mitigation frameworks to prevent costly conflicts.

  8. SITE MONITORING & GOVERNANCE: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure material efficiency and adherence to cost plans. Verify project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

  9. STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION: Act as the commercial representative of the company in discussions with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Provide cost-effective solutions while maintaining client satisfaction and project integrity.

  10. QUALITY, LEGAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensure projects comply with building codes, legal requirements, and quality standards. Uphold RERA, labor laws, safety norms, and environmental compliance across projects.

  11. PROCESS & SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION: Drive the adoption of cost management systems and digital QS solutions. Enhance reporting accuracy, data visibility, and decision-making through systemdriven processes.

  12. ANY OTHER TASKS ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management to support evolving business needs and contribute to overall organizational success.
