Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Support the team in achieving customer service targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support/customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and [add local language if needed].

Preferred Qualities:

  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy while dealing with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
