Job Title: Process Associate (International Calling)

Reports to: Team Lead/Process Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling international calls from US and UK clients related to medical claims. This role requires working in a night shift with alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle international calls from US and UK clients related to medical claims

· Provide excellent customer service, resolving client queries and concerns

· Accurately process medical claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and claims processed

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices

Work Schedule:

· Night shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

· Alternate Saturdays

· First 7-10 days: Training period (may require flexibility in schedule)

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline

· 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a night shift with alternate Saturdays

· Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
