Job Title: International Admission CounsellorLocation: Rohini West, New Delhi Working Days: 6 days a weekShifts: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM9:30 PM to 6:30 AMSalary Package: 45k - 50k per month CTCAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admission counselling or inside sales, with excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students through their higher education journey abroad. Key Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance and counselling to prospective international students regarding admission processes, eligibility criteria, and course options.

Assist students in completing application forms, visa processes, and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities and educational institutions. Achieve admission targets by converting leads into enrolled students.

Manage and follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.

Stay updated with the latest trends in international education and visa regulations. Work efficiently within rotational shifts to ensure maximum coverage and support. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in international education or sales is preferred.

Minimum of (1-2 years) experience in admission counselling or inside sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Familiarity with international admission processes, visa requirements, and documentation. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational shifts.
