- Skills : Excel must , Tally preferable but not mandatory
Role & responsibilities :
- Prepare quotations, work orders, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update accounting records using Tally and Microsoft Office.
- Handle vendor coordination and follow-up for orders and payments.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping, billing, and documentation.
- Support day-to-day office administration and record management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely reporting.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹30,000.00 per month
