Sales Representative Vacancies for Building Material Company

Job Profile:

  • Visit non-cement retail outlets such as tile shops, waterproofing contractors, hardware stores, paint shops, etc., and convert them.
  • Enrol and attach these outlets to identified distributors.
  • Ensure continuous product availability and increase secondary sales by onboarding tile applicators, waterproofing specialists, painting contractors, etc.
  • Each Sales Representative is expected to cover outlets as follows.

25 outlets in 3 months

50 outlets in 6 months

100 outlets in 12 months and so on the next year

Candidate Profile:

  • Age: not more than 33 years
  • Experience: 1 3 years direct sales experience
  • Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in product detailing and retail conversion

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Salary: 20000 in hand plus Rs. 8000 per month TA, daily Rs. 100 for food, PF, ESI and incentives.
