Role Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you'll take charge of growing and managing Stubborn Factory's digital presence across platforms. You'll work closely with creative and marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns, build brand loyalty, and spark conversations that connect with our vibrant audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a results-driven
social media strategy
.

Manage and grow our presence on
Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
.

Create, schedule, and publish
engaging content
—including posts, Reels, blogs, and graphics.

Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and reach.

Plan and manage
paid social media campaigns
.

Interact with followers, nurture community engagement, and respond to feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams on product and marketing campaigns.

Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in the social space.

What We're Looking For

A
graduate
from any stream.

1–3 years
of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of
social platforms
, trends, and algorithm changes.

A

with a flair for storytelling and sharp copywriting skills.

Proficiency in tools like
Canva

Meta Business Suite

Basic knowledge of
