Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our newly started organisation. The ideal candidate will handle cold calling, lead generation, prospect engagement, and converting leads into enrollments to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective learners
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and inquiries
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
- Convert prospects into enrollments and achieve revenue targets
- Follow up consistently to close sales
- Update and maintain lead data
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, or EdTech sales preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead conversion
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
