Artius Interior Products (P) Ltd. is a leading name in innovative interior and exterior solutions, offering premium products that enhance spaces with design and functionality. We are expanding our sales team and looking for passionate field professionals to connect with customers, identify prospects, and support our business growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Manage and nurture inbound leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Present and explain Artius products and services to potential customers via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to achieve lead generation goals.
- Track and update sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in inside sales / lead generation.
- Prior experience in interior products, building materials, or construction-related sales is an advantage.
