Role & responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to maximize brand visibility and market share.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and key customer segments.
Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of Medical Representatives.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support.
Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional events in coordination with the marketing team.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Submit accurate and timely reports on sales performance, team activities, and territory coverage.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be result oriented.
should have Cardio & Diabetic product handling exposure
should have good customer connect with Cardiologists and Diabetologists within required territory.
should have minimum 25 pocket Doctors from similar therapy who can start prescribing products from the day one.
Need someone who is ready for Leg-work and hard work.
Who is ready to accept challenges in setting up the system and processes for launching business.
who can create a 1.00 Lac PCPM within 3 months of time (Required support will be provided).
Should be good in team coaching, guiding and directing based on the priorities.
