Role Overview:

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assistingg in the planning, implementation, and oversight of sales activities for a high-end second home project at Alibaug. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for prospective buyers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. They will be expected to help drive sales targets, maintain client relationships, and coordinate closely with the marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

Assist in meeting the project's sales targets by proactively converting leads into

bookings.

Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting project USPs

(roads, utilities infrastructure, amenities, gated community features).

  1. Lead Management & Follow-up

    Track and manage leads generated through different marketing channels (digital

    campaigns, channel partners, walk-ins, referrals).

    Follow up promptly, conduct needs assessments, and address queries or concerns to

    nurture potencial clients through the sales funnel.

  2. Channel Partner & Realtor Coordination

    Build strong relationships with existing channel partners, brokers, and realtors.

    Engage with new channel partners, brief them on project details, and ensure they

    are updated on pricing, availability, and offers.

  3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and sales activites

    using a CRM system.

  4. Market & Competitor Analysis

    Stay updated on real estate trends in Alibaug, the wider Mumbai area, and

    comparable tropical markets.

    Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and marketing campaigns to help refine the

    projects value proposition.

  5. Collaboration with Marketing

    Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign

    effectiveness.

    Participate in marketing activites and events (exhibitions, property fairs, open

    houses) to increase project visibility.

  6. Reporting & Analytics

    Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management.

    Assist in forecastig revenue targets and budgeting for sales activies.

  7. Customer Experience

    Ensure high standards of customer service and a personalized approach in dealing

    with affluent clientele.

    Identify areas for improving the customer's journey from lead generation to final

    purchase.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related

field. A Masters degree (MBA) or specialized real estate diploma is a plus.

Experience: 5- 10 years of experience in real estate sales, hospitality, luxury products, or

related sectors.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

proficiency in other regional languages is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital collaboration platforms (e.g.,

Slack, Trello, or similar).

Other Skills:

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Client-focused mindset with an ability to build long-term relationships.

Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Competencies:

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on high-ticket,

high-end products or services.

Leadership & Teamwork: Capable of working in tandem with sales executives, marketing

teams, and management.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting strategies based

on real-time feedback.

Analytical Thinking: Able to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to

fine-tune the sales approach.
