Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex, and Visualforce development, with a strong focus on CRM operations such as Sales, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Territory Management.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.Configure and customize Salesforce CRM to meet business needs, focusing on areas like Sales, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Territory Management.Collaborate with cross -functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.Build and maintain scalable and high -performing Salesforce applications and integrations.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including coding standards, security, and compliance requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing system performance.Perform unit testing and assist with system testing to ensure seamless deployment of new features.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.Keep up -to -date with Salesforce platform updates and new features, leveraging them to enhance solutions.Requirements Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce platform development.Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce development.Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM modules, including Sales, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Territory Management.Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs (SOAP, REST).Knowledge of declarative development on Salesforce, including Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator.Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud is a plus.Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.Why Join Us?Work on impactful Salesforce projects in a dynamic environment.Opportunity to enhance and expand Salesforce CRM capabilities.Competitive compensation and professional growth opportunities.Benefits Insurance + Other Benefits
