We are hiring Junior Accountants for Billing cum Accounts role for an upcoming Clinic at Calicut location.

Experiece:1-3 yrs

Location: Calicut

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients, tracking payments and follow up on outstanding balances

  • Process and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies

  • Perform month-end and year-end accounting close procedures

  • Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and aging reports

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting and billing, preferably in a similar industry

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
