To handle all billing and invoicing-related activities in the dealership, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely processing of bills for sales, service, and spare parts transactions. The Billing Executive acts as a link between the accounts, sales, and service departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Billing & Invoicing

  • Prepare and generate invoices for vehicle sales, service jobs, spare parts, and accessories.
  • Ensure accurate entry of customer and vehicle details in the billing system.
  • Verify job cards, quotations, and approvals before final billing.
  • Issue cash receipts, credit bills, and maintain record of all transactions.

2. Coordination & Verification

  • Coordinate with the sales, service, and spares teams for correct billing inputs.
  • Cross-check prices, discounts, taxes, and approvals before posting bills.
  • Ensure that all supporting documents (job cards, gate passes, approvals) are attached to the respective invoices.

3. Cash & Payment Handling

  • Collect payments via cash, cheque, card, or online transfer and record them accurately.
  • Reconcile daily cash collections and hand them over to the cashier or accounts department.
  • Maintain customer-wise outstanding reports if applicable.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain systematic records of all invoices and credit notes.
  • Prepare daily billing summaries and submit reports to the Accounts Department.
  • Support in audit activities by providing required billing records and documents.

5. Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure all billing is in compliance with GST, company policies, and OEM guidelines.
  • Avoid duplication or mismatch in billing entries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in DMS (Dealer Management System) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
