Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. This full-time role requires a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in field and channel sales. The candidate will focus primarily on the lighting industry and work alongside dealers and distributors to expand market presence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Field sales executive experience with a thorough understanding of sales processes and strategies (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in channel sales, particularly in the lighting industry, is essential (Mandatory skill).
- Proven track record in the lighting industry (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience as a sales executive with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Competency in managing primary and secondary sales activities with a focus on growing market share.
- Understanding of FMEG (Fast-Moving Electrical Goods) categories is required for strategic selling.
- Experience working with dealers and distributors to drive sales growth and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to present convincingly to clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers in the lighting industry to increase sales and profitability.
- Expand and strengthen the company's market position by identifying new sales opportunities through field and channel sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to facilitate primary and secondary sales.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve set targets and report progress to management.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to refine sales strategies and anticipate market demands.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Sturlite Electric's products and increase brand visibility.
