Land Acquisition Executive

• dentify and evaluate potential land parcels suitable for solar project development.
• Conduct land surveys and boundary verification using FMB sketches, village maps, and field measurements.
• Prepare and analyze land layouts using AutoCAD and Google Earth Mapper.
• Verify land ownership, revenue records, and coordinate with local authorities for title verification and approvals.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all land-related documents including MoUs, sale deeds, lease agreements, and registration papers.
• Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, and government officials for land demarcation and registration activities.
• Maintain detailed records of land status, documentation, and acquisition progress.
• Support project feasibility assessments and ensure all land parameters meet solar project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in land acquisition, surveying, or project development — preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector.
• Strong working knowledge of FMB sketches, surveying techniques, and land measurement tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Earth, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of land documentation, registration process, and local land laws.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites and manage multiple locations.

Preferred:

• Experience with land conversion processes (agricultural to industrial).
• Knowledge of solar project layout planning and technical feasibility parameters.

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,551.09 per month
