Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Content Management:
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

Oversee the creation of online content, including blogs, social media posts, and website updates.

Analytics and Reporting:
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

SEO/SEM Management:
Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.

Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.

Collaboration and Team Management:
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for additional support and expertise.

Budget Management:
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate/invest funds wisely.

Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.

Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**:
Proven working experience in digital marketing.

**Skills**:Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their advertising solutions.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
