**SUMMARY**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Field Sales Executive** to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for visiting potential clients, presenting products or services, and closing sales to meet business growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Submit sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activities to the management.
- Coordinate with the internal team (delivery, support, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and product launches when required.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions and maintain client records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales or direct marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Language: Proficiency in local language and English (if applicable).
- Possession of a valid driving license (if required).

**Salary and Compensation**:
15000 - 23000 (Basic salary)+ [Travel allowance] + [Incentives]
