Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions to optimize infrastructure and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable cloud applications.
  • Conduct hardware testing to ensure compatibility and performance within cloud environments.
  • Manage and maintain asset inventories ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Utilize Service Now to streamline IT service management processes and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud applications and infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor cloud systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Implement best practices for cloud architecture and deployment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud services and processes.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring consistent support and service delivery.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in cloud development.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in hardware testing and asset management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Service Now for IT service management.
  • Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a valuable asset.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
