Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Jajpur. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR management, administering benefits, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and assisting with training programs. The daily tasks will include processing employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, managing employee relations, and providing general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Skills in Benefits Administration, Compliance management, Payroll management.
  • Experience with filling EPFO, ESIC and other compliance.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Education or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
