YOUR IMPACT
This role focuses on driving sales of luxury residential projects to HNIs/UHNIs through personalized client engagement, market insight, and lead conversion. It requires strong sales acumen, premium service delivery, and experience in high-end real estate or related luxury sectors. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Experience: 7–10 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 3+ years in the luxury or premium segment.
- Industry: High-end real estate, luxury hospitality, wealth management, or similar HNI-focused domains preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate; MBA
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution & Revenue Generation:
Drive sales of high-end residential projects to HNIs and UHNIs.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage and convert qualified leads from digital, referral, channel partner, and walk-in sources.
- Client Engagement:
Personally manage key client interactions and provide white-glove service from inquiry to closure.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations tailored to the premium clientele.
Build lasting relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
- Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of luxury real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Gather feedback and insights from clients to inform project positioning and pitch strategies.
- Coordination & Reporting:
Liaise with marketing, CRM, and pre-sales teams to ensure lead quality and follow-through.
Maintain and update sales pipeline and lead status using CRM systems.
Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Team Support & Mentorship:
Support junior sales staff by sharing best practices and assisting in complex negotiations.
Play a leadership role during launches and promotional events.
Key Requirements
- Strong sales acumen and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Well-networked with HNI/UHNI client base in Bangalore
- Professional demeanour with a consultative approach
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Software Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
