About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and target potential clients through various channels.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Collaborate with the internal team to deliver customised solutions to clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong understanding of sales cycle, lead generation, and client management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
