Sales Manager – Projects & Team Development

Location: Gujarat (occasional travel to Rajasthan)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Salary: Up to ₹8,00,000 per annum

Requirement: Two-wheeler mandatory

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and team performance in the Water & Wastewater Management and Zero Liquid Discharge Solutions sector. The ideal candidate will manage project inquiries, drive new business, and mentor junior team members for consistent results.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Generate and convert new project inquiries from prospective leads.
  • Prepare and send techno-commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Follow up for order closures and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Guide and mentor junior sales executives.
  • Track KPIs, provide feedback, and drive accountability.
  • Promote a proactive and collaborative sales culture.

Operational & Strategic Execution

  • Handle client negotiations, proposal strategy, and internal coordination.
  • Work independently with alignment to senior management.

Travel & Field Coordination

  • Conduct client visits and site meetings across Gujarat and occasionally Rajasthan.
  • Document field activities and maintain a strong business pipeline.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in technical sales and team management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients

Qualification:

  • B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
