About the Role
We are looking for a Proactive Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Skyla Collective. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and passionate about hospitality sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and other business channels.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, property tours, and presentations to promote company offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly track leads.
- Assist in creating sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
- Coordinate with operations and front office teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and documentation.
- Represent Skyla Collective at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality sales / hotel sales / corporate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of local Hyderabad corporate markets and travel trade.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (added advantage).
- Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.
