- **Program Structure**

**Phase 1: Onboarding & Training (Week 1-2)**
- Company & product orientation
- Sales & CRM training
- On-ground strategy introduction

**Phase 2: Field Execution & Performance (Week 3 onwards)**
- Achieve a **monthly revenue target of ₹40,000**:

- Convert verified leads and maintain reporting
- Participate actively in **society, corporate, and clinic activations**
- **Stipend Details**:

- **Fixed Component**: ₹5,000/month
- **Performance Incentive**: Up to ₹10,000/month
- **Total Potential Earnings**: ₹15,000/month
- **Certification & Placement Criteria**

Interns who:
✔ Complete all 6 active months

✔ Meet performance benchmarks in at least 4 months

✔ Maintain active field participation & regular reporting

...will be eligible for a **formal internship certificate** and considered for a **full-time position** at One Health Assist.
