Reporting To: Manager Operations

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage hall operations during the event to ensure smooth functioning.

· Assist exhibitors with technical needs such as power supply, lighting, and other utilities.

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers onsite for timely setup and dismantling.

· Monitor and troubleshoot any on-site technical issues related to electricity, lighting, and equipment in coordination with vendors.

· Ensure all safety standards and operational protocols are followed.

· Act as the point of contact for exhibitors and provide support for their technical requirements.

· Willing to Travel for the event.

What We're Looking For:

Background: Engineering students or recent graduates (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields preferred).

Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, technical know-how, and ability to work under pressure.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the event team and exhibitors to deliver successful event experiences.
