About the Role

As a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition), you will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely hiring for various positions across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
  • Post and manage job openings across hiring platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate trackers, dashboards, and recruitment database
  • Ensure timely updates and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment
  • Any graduate, preferably with an IT or business-related background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹300,000.00 per month
