Job Description Job Title: International Counselor Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Key Responsibilities Call candidates to inform them about available job opportunities and invite them for walk-in sessions. Meet walk-in visitors and scheduled leads; conduct short, structured counseling sessions. Explain program pathways, eligibility criteria, and next steps in simple, clear language. Pre-screen candidates for eligibility and assist with basic documentation and follow-ups. Maintain daily trackers — calls, visits, and conversions — and share quick status updates with the team. Support small outreach activities at nearby colleges, hostels, and community locations to generate leads.
