Shree Maa Narmada Advertising is a dynamic and growing advertising agency. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our human resources operations and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating and posting job descriptions to screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Utilize various recruitment portals such as and LinkedIn to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the complete joining process for new hires, including documentation, background verification, and employee induction.

  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.

  • Payroll and Compensation:

  • Prepare and process monthly salary statements accurately and on time.
  • Manage statutory compliance related to payroll, including Provident Fund (EPFO) and other applicable regulations.

  • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.

  • HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent workplace.
  • Communicate company policies to employees and address any policy-related questions or concerns.

  • Assist in creating a positive and engaging company culture.

  • Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
  • Facilitate positive employee relations and contribute to resolving workplace issues.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee exits, including conducting exit interviews and handling full and final settlement processes.
  • Assist in performance management processes and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management as required.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and online job portals.
  • Experience with salary preparation and statutory compliance (EPFO).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and organized approach to work.
