A leading financial services organization (home finance) is seeking a Professional Agile Lead with 10-12 years of experience in . NET and Oracle programming. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless system integration, and driving agile methodologies for efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and test applications while monitoring the development process.
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to project management.
  • Provide technical expertise in web-based applications, RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server), and microservices.
  • Lead data design and management, including Data Lake/Data Mart implementations.
  • Remove development impediments and drive customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and suggest system implementations, including API integrations.
  • Manage team performance, ensuring efficient delivery of technical solutions.
  • Analyze integration requirements, evaluate vendors, and oversee implementation.
  • Document requirements, define technical specifications, and finalize system architecture.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth integration and testing.
