1.End-to-End Recruitment Process
2.Screen candidates through phone, references and background verification, and set up interviews.
3.Conduct onboarding formalities like inductions and bond executions, and ensure documents such as NDAs, appointment letters, employment contracts and policy documents are distributed and signed. Conduct offboarding formalities including exit interviews.
4.Leverage HRIS, payroll automation, and global collaboration tools effectively. Use analytics for hiring success rates, recruitment trackers, turnover trends, productivity per
employee, and bench strength analysis regularly.
5.Coordinate with department managers to ensure the seamless flow of performance appraisal reviews and monitor the review ratings.

7.Other HR Activities
∙Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
∙Keep up-to-date on HR trends and best practices and share these insights with CEO regularly.
∙Seek out and attend conferences to bring visibility and to learn best practices and proactively suggest changes.
