Job Description:

We at Insightrix Consulting seeking an experienced developer (minimum 5 years) with a proven track record in Metaverse environments and AI-driven applications. In this role, you will architect, develop, and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions within interactive virtual worlds, social platforms, and decentralized Metaverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI features for Metaverse platforms (Unity, Unreal, Roblox, Decentraland, Sandbox, etc.)
  • Build immersive 3D environments and interactive avatars leveraging AI, NLP, and computer vision.
  • Integrate AI chatbots, NPCs, and recommendation systems into virtual spaces.
  • Collaborate on blockchain/crypto integrations for digital assets and smart contracts (NFTs, DAOs, etc.)
  • Optimize performance and scalability of AI/Metaverse solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with artists, designers, product managers, and other engineers.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/Metaverse trends and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Metaverse and AI/ML development (Unity, Unreal, , Blender, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio of shipped Metaverse or gaming projects.
  • Deep experience with at least one virtual world/metaverse platform (e.g., Roblox, Decentraland, Sandbox, Spatial, Meta Quest, or similar).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience designing and deploying AI-driven bots, NPCs, or avatar systems.
  • Understanding of blockchain technologies, NFT standards, and decentralized platforms.

Preferred Skills:

  • VR/AR development experience (Oculus, Quest, Vive, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud computing, RESTful APIs, or multiplayer networking.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Creative mindset and passion for immersive technology
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative team
