Key Responsibilities of Role

Purpose: Lead Safety role at Adani in Navi Mumbai within the Real Estate industry is a crucial position that requires a seasoned safety professional with 10-12 years of experience.

As a part of the Adani family, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and visitors across our real estate projects in Navi Mumbai.

\ Key Responsibilities of Role: - Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and Adani standards.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

- Provide safety training and inductions to employees, contractors, and visitors to promote a culture of safety awareness.

- Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate safety practices into project planning and execution.

- Maintain accurate safety records and reports for internal and external use.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.

Technical Competencies

Knowledge of local safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the Safety field within the Real Estate industry.

- Precast Builiding experience is must - Demonstrated track record of implementing and managing safety programs and initiatives.

- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
